Sagarsan provides digital, professional services. This policy explains how and when work is delivered after you place an order. Last updated: May 2026.
We do not sell physical goods. All deliverables are digital — source code, documentation, design files, written reports, deployed configurations, and access credentials — and are handed over electronically via email, shared drives, or your own hosting/repositories.
The clock starts the moment both of the following have happened:
Each package published on our pricing page carries its own indicative timeline. These are typical ranges:
| Category | Typical delivery |
|---|---|
| Micro-services (bug fix, plugin setup, speed tuning) | 2 – 5 working days |
| Standard packages (WordPress site, web app) | 3 – 6 weeks |
| Premium packages (enterprise rollout, CRM) | 6 – 12 weeks |
| Consultancy retainer | Ongoing, per agreed cadence |
For micro-services, you receive an email with the output, access instructions, or a link to a deployed fix. For larger engagements, you receive a weekly Friday update with a live staging link, a written changelog, and a short recorded video where relevant. Final hand-over includes source code, a README, access credentials, and a walkthrough session.
Where delivery is delayed by events beyond our reasonable control — for example, third-party API downtime, domain or hosting provider issues, or force majeure events — we notify you in writing with a revised timeline. Such delays do not constitute a breach of this policy; however, if the delay is substantial, you may request a partial refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If, despite reasonable effort, we are unable to deliver the service you purchased, you are entitled to a full refund. We will contact you within two business days to explain what went wrong and to initiate the refund under our standard timeline.
Write to info@sagarsan.com with your order reference and we will respond within one business day.
