By accessing this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.
We provide software designing, software development, IT solutions, and IT consultancy services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in an individual proposal, purchase order, or the package description on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Fixed-price packages on our website are purchased by selecting the package, completing checkout, and paying via UPI through our payment gateway. An order is considered confirmed only when payment is successfully captured and we send you a confirmation email. For custom engagements, terms are agreed via a separately signed proposal.
All prices on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at the prevailing rate of 18% is added at checkout). Payments are non-transferable and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Indicative delivery times are published per package (for example, "2 days delivery" or "30 days delivery"). These commence from the moment we receive all inputs required from you (access credentials, source assets, briefs, approvals). Delays caused by awaiting inputs, third-party vendors, or force majeure are excluded from the stated timeline.

On full payment, all custom code, designs, and documents we produce under an engagement are assigned to you, subject to the carve-outs below. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, methodologies, generic libraries, and anything we developed prior to or independently of your engagement. Third-party components (open-source libraries, stock assets, licensed fonts, or SaaS services) remain governed by their own licenses.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information exchanged during the engagement, including business plans, pricing, customer data, and source code. Confidentiality obligations survive for three years from the end of the engagement.
We warrant that we will perform services with reasonable skill and care, and that deliverables will materially match the written specification in your proposal or package description. We do not warrant that any software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet unspecified requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the fees you paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure; upload malicious code; scrape content systematically; use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation; or violate any applicable law while using the site.
The website and our engagements may reference or integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies govern your interaction with them; we are not responsible for third-party content or behaviour.
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with written notice and a 14-day cure period. On termination, you pay for work completed up to the termination date; we deliver any work product produced up to that point on receipt of payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct discussion before escalating to litigation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
